Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Fakturalista application. By creating an account, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Your Account
To use Fakturalista you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Free Trial
Every new account benefits from a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, the account is placed in read-only mode (you can view existing data but cannot create new invoices) until you subscribe to a paid plan.
Subscription Plans
Fakturalista offers three plans (Starter, Pro, Business), billed monthly or annually. Current prices are shown on the /pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Fakturalista does not store your payment card data. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Invoices are sent by email on each billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued. After cancellation, the account returns to read-only mode.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Fakturalista only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to generate fraudulent invoices, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or violate any applicable law.
Service Availability
Fakturalista strives to maintain a high level of availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
Intellectual Property
Fakturalista and its associated marks, logos and software are the intellectual property of the publisher. You retain full ownership of all data and invoices you create using the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fakturalista's liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW]. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of [JURISDICTION].
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified by email 30 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
