Fakturalista is a cloud-based invoicing and business management platform for freelancers and small businesses. Create professional invoices, manage clients, track expenses and accept online payments — all from one dashboard.
After logging in, click "New Invoice" from the dashboard, select a client (or add one on the fly), add your products or services, and click Send. Your first invoice takes under 2 minutes.
Yes. Every new account comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can evaluate the platform with no risk.
Go to Settings → Company profile and upload your logo. It will appear automatically on all your invoices and PDF documents from that point on.
Billing & subscription
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time, with no penalties or lock-in periods.
No. The 14-day free trial is activated instantly, without entering any payment details.
If you don't choose a paid plan, your account switches to read-only mode. All your data is preserved — subscribe at any time to regain full access.
Yes. A tax-compliant invoice is generated automatically for every payment and is available as a PDF in your client area.
Invoices & payments
Yes. Write a personalised message and send your invoice as a PDF attachment with one click. Your client will receive a professional-looking email.
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Fakturalista integrates with Stripe so your clients can pay directly from the invoice by card or bank transfer.
Yes. Set up a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and Fakturalista will generate and send the invoice automatically at each cycle.
Open any accepted quote and click "Convert to invoice". All the lines, prices and client details are carried over automatically — no re-typing needed.
Security & data
Yes. All data is stored on encrypted servers with automatic daily backups. Connections use TLS/SSL and access is protected by secure authentication.
Yes. You can export invoices as PDFs, client lists as CSV, and financial reports as Excel files from the export menu in your dashboard.
Fakturalista generates invoices that meet the requirements of Spanish tax law (AEAT): correct numbering, required fields and VAT breakdown. Always confirm with your accountant for your specific situation.
